Separation principle: PLD, LGZ series flat scraper unloading centrifuge, the basket and the shaft system are arranged in a vertical direction, the slurry is filtered through the filter cloth under the action of centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid phase separation, it is a filter type, intermittent operation centrifuge machine. Filtration accuracy (minimum particle size) 1um.
Under the feeding speed of the centrifuge basket, the liquid/solid mixed fluid is accelerated and evenly distributed in the centrifuge basket from the feed pipe through the distribution plate. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the solid phase is intercepted through the filter cloth and the liquid phase is filtered out. When the filter cake layer in the basket reaches the set thickness, the cake layer controller sends out a signal to stop feeding. If the process requires, the filter cake can be washed and purified, and the washing liquid can be filtered out at the same time. Further dewatering until the separation requirements are met. Reduce to low speed, the scraper will scrape off the filter cake to complete a working cycle.
The PLD series centrifuge has the function of pulling the bag. After scraping the material, the bag pulling device will act to stretch and shake the filter bag, and the residual filter cake on the surface of the filter bag will fall off and be discharged (it can effectively remove the residual filter cake, and filter after each discharge. bags are regenerated).
LGZ series centrifuges do not have the function of pulling bags. After scraping, there will be about 8mm of residual filter cake on the surface of the filter cloth. For filter cakes with low viscosity and large particle size, the thin residual filter cake will not have a great impact on subsequent filtration. For a certain material, after repeated scraping, the residual filter cake will become very dense, when all or part of the filter performance is lost, the liquid phase will not be filtered out, or the moisture content of the filter cake becomes very high, you can add Equipped with a roller scraper, while the scraper is scraping the material, the roller crushes the residual filter cake, eliminating the impact of the residual filter cake on subsequent filtration.
The operation of the centrifuge is controlled by PLC, and the system runs automatically according to the set operation program. Different models have corresponding operating parameters or adjustment ranges. For specific working conditions, set appropriate operating parameters during commissioning and subsequent operation to meet separation requirements. The control system automatically repairs or protects the overload in the actual operation process.
Work process:
The automatic control system controls the centrifuge host, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, nitrogen protection system, valves, pumps, valves, and material delivery systems related to the centrifuge.

LGZ, PLD centrifuge installation form
This drawing shows the floor installation form. The centrifuge shock absorber can be directly installed on the floor. The discharge port of the centrifuge is set on the floor. The discharge hopper of the centrifuge is located at the lower part of the floor and can be connected to the material warehouse or conveyor.
If it is installed on the bottom floor, it is necessary to set up the installation bracket and the centrifuge to be elevated, so that the discharge port has a sufficient height from the ground for receiving materials. The specific height is determined according to the material receiving method.
For elevated installation, a safety fence should be provided around the centrifuge plate.
The feed pipe, washing pipe, liquid outlet pipe and other pipeline connections of the centrifuge should be connected by hoses.
