Separation principle: PSD, PSB, PBZ series manual top discharge centrifuges, the basket and the shafting are arranged in a vertical direction, and the slurry is filtered through the filter cloth under the action of centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid phase separation. When the centrifuge basket is at the feeding speed or in the shutdown state, the liquid/solid mixed fluid enters the centrifuge basket from the feed pipe, and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the solid phase is intercepted through the filter cloth and the liquid phase is filtered out. If the process requires, the filter cake can be washed and purified, and the washing liquid can be filtered out at the same time. Further dry spinning until the separation requirements are met. Shut down, open the cover, and manually unload the filter cake to complete a working cycle.
The PBZ series is a direct connection between the motor and the main shaft (without a transmission belt), and there are two machine specifications: PBZ300 and 450.
PSB series is a platform base manual loading and discharging centrifuge.
The PSD series is a platform base bag lifting centrifuge. The discharging adopts a special lifting device. The lifting device lifts the liquid blocking plate together with the hanging bag fixed on the liquid blocking plate to lift out the filter cake in the filter bag and hoist it to the designated position. Loosen the sling at the inner opening of the filter bag, open the inner opening of the filter bag downwards, and unload the filter cake.
PQSB and PQSD series are platform base centrifuges with full turnover cover, which can be unloaded manually or by hanging bags. When discharging, the upper cover is opened, and when the inside of the centrifuge needs to be completely cleaned or the cleanliness verification is required, the casing can be completely opened.
The centrifuge can be equipped with online cleaning according to the working conditions. Generally, an online cleaning pipe is installed on the upper cover to clean the liquid blocking plate and the inner surface of the flip cover; an online cleaning pipe is installed on the side of the casing to clean the outer surface of the basket; The lower part of the shell is equipped with an online cleaning pipe to clean the bottom surface of the basket.
On the discharge centrifuge, after each discharge, the material on the surface of the filter bag is cleaned, and the filter bag is regenerated.
For explosion-proof occasions, devices such as nitrogen protection can be configured to meet explosion-proof requirements.
