Separation principle: LLW horizontal screen worm centrifuge and LLWZ horizontal thickening screen worm centrifuge are continuous separation and filter with metal mesh. The drum of LLWZ model has a thickening area and a filtering area.
Working principle of LLW model: the suspension enters the filter chamber between the drum and the screw from the feed pipe, and enters from the bottom of the drum cone. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase in the slurry passes through the filter screen inside the drum. The solid phase is trapped in the drum, and moves from the small end of the drum to the large end under the centrifugal force and the differential speed between the screw and the drum. As the rotating diameter of the drum increases, the centrifugal force also increases, and the solid phase reaches the minimum moisture content from the initial high moisture content to the minimum moisture content when it is discharged from the drum, realizing automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases.
LLW horizontal thickening screen worm centrifuge has high production efficiency due to its continuous filtration characteristics, continuous automatic feeding and discharging, especially suitable for materials with appropriate particle size and high solid content.
Working principle of LLWZ model: the suspension enters the settling bowl from the feed pipe first, and the material is first settled and concentrated through the settling principle, and the solid phase in the slurry settles on the bowl wall and moves to the small end under the action of the screw , the liquid phase is discharged through the overflow hole at the big end of the bowl, and the filter cake enters the filter drum after being concentrated while moving to the small end. Move towards big endian. As the rotating diameter of the drum increases, the centrifugal force also increases, and the trapped solid phase reaches the minimum moisture content from the initial high moisture content to the minimum moisture content when it is discharged from the drum, realizing automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases. The filter cake can be washed and purified in the latter stage of filtration, and a thinner filter layer can obtain better washing effect and lower detergent consumption.
For materials that are prone to secondary crystallization, a steam pipe can be configured to clean the crystals in the inner cavity at high temperature according to the set cleaning cycle.
LLWZ horizontal thickening screen worm centrifuge has high production efficiency and high degree of automation because of its characteristics of concentrating first and then filtering. It is mainly suitable for materials with large processing capacity, low solid phase rate, and organic matter in the liquid phase.
The automatic control system controls the centrifuge, lubrication system, valves, pumps, valves, and material delivery systems related to the centrifuge.
